Jennifer has so much in-depth knowledge to share as a personal trainer. During our sessions, she helped me make adjustments so I was getting the maximum benefit from each exercise and doing everything safely.

When I started training with Jennifer, I didn’t have a great sense of my specific fitness goals. Jennifer’s encouraging attitude and thoughtful questions helped me set some specific targets, then she broke those goals down into achievable steps. For example, I wanted to work on pull-ups — a tough exercise — so Jennifer introduced training to help me develop my grip, back and arm strength. Her patient approach helped me see that small successes add up to big accomplishments!

I worked with Jennifer for 10 sessions and had a great experience. She tailored the routine to my age / stage and was very perceptive of my abilities. I started to train with Jennifer when I wanted to return to training after my third child. I was four months postpartum and having jumped back into the gym with my previous two children, I was definitely more clear on what my goals were this time around. I did not want to do more harm than good.

At our first meeting, Jennifer sat and listened to all my goals and my concerns that I had moving forward. She was so easy to talk to, and we developed a great working relationship immediately! She really listened to me, and our following weeks involved exercises geared towards me getting stronger and reaching my goals, all the while ensuring that I was doing things properly and modifying to accommodate my postpartum body. Doing things properly and safely was a huge factor for me, and Jennifer met all of my expectations for that and more. Plus, it never hurts to have a trainer that you can laugh with and have great conversations with to make the sessions all the more enjoyable!

I would recommend her over and over again if you’re looking for someone who will really take the time to hear what you want and put the effort in to making your program work for your goals!

I had an amazing experience training with Jennifer. Although I am someone who does not enjoy getting out to a gym and working out, Jennifer made me want to be there every day, and the hour flew by when we were training. She worked with my likes and dislikes of the gym and came up with amazing workouts each day that were always fun, yet challenging at the same time.

Jennifer was fabulous at teaching me everything I needed to know — not only about the weights, but about my own body, how to develop the different muscles, identifying them, and using the different tools at the gym to make my body stronger than it’s been in years.

Not only do I feel more confident and better about my body, I’m stronger doing other activities, and I’ve also been able to bring the skills that Jennifer has taught me back home, where I’m teaching my children and my husband.

She teaches in such a clear and concise manner and in a way that goes beyond just, “Here’s an exercise to do.” She can correct and give you advice as to better ways to do it and shows how the exercise applies to your day-to-day life and why it’s important to develop those muscles.

It is clear Jennifer is passionate about this work and takes her role seriously. She was encouraging, celebrated my successes, and we had a lot of fun! She was easy to make that connection with so the client puts their trust in her.

In the time that I’ve worked with her, I feel like I’ve not only learned a lot, but my gains in strength are so obvious. I have just been thrilled with both the gains in strength and the appearance of my upper body. That wasn’t even a goal of mine, but all of a sudden I have these buff arms and I’m super excited about it!
